Jennifer Benton, RN

Jennifer Benton is a proud member of the PMCI family. She loves Ventura County and has lived here for most of her life. She attended Pierce College Associate Degree Nursing Program, graduating in 1983. She worked at Mountain View Medical Center in Med/Surg and was asked to train for work in the Emergency Department. She later began working for Kaiser Permanente in their Emergency Department for many years. Over the course of her nursing career she has taught and been a volunteer in the community, teaching CPR and first aid, providing health screenings for schools and served as girls camp nurse.

After moving to Mesa, she began working at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix in the Emergency Department. She also began working at Mollen Immunizations Clinics throughout the Phoenix area providing immunizations to the public.

She returned to Ventura County and began working for PMCI in the Summer of 2012. She thoroughly enjoys training others to provide high level nursing care with dignity and respect.
